I found Stephens Plumbing and read the outstanding reviews on the company. Also being Veteran owned, I found our new plumber! Isaac was fantastic and checked out our problem which was more severe than we thought. He came back in two days to remove the bad plumbing lines and did such a spectacular job. He was so thorough and showed us pictures of before and after. He was very polite and respectful and we were more than satisfied with his work. We totally recommend him for your plumbing needs and you won't regret it. We definitely will refer him to all our friends and family.

Stephens Plumbing is my new Go-To plumber! Isaac is very professional, efficient, and knows his stuff! I'm remodeling an older home in Oak Ridge and he was a huge help knowing codes and what to do about a weird pipe coming up through my kitchen. Easy fix! He also noticed an issue in the basement that I had been alerted to previously from the home inspector. As with many older homes, things arent always up to date. Isaac made a couple suggestions on minor corrections. He was incredibly patient and helpful. I feel very fortunate to have found this great company, and will absolutely call them again with more plumbing needs.
We called Isaac out for two different plumbing issues this week. One ended up being a well pump issue that we had to call a pump company out for, but Isaac checked every other possible issue before we had to resort to that expense. The other was a broken flush valve on our toilet. He was able to come out immediately and fix the issue, and is very polite and professional. I would 100% recommend Isaac for any plumbing needs!
